Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. 

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. There are two ways to return an item: 1) Bring it to our store(s) with your receipt: 309 S. 2nd St. Laramie, WY 82070 2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here: 307 S. 2nd St. Laramie, WY 82070. Ship via insured mail or carrier.

Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless the item is manufacturer defective. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.  

Please note that your returned item(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the invoice total. There is also a return freight charge as the items will be returned to our main warehouse in Texas.
